Karen has worked with government, industry and nonprofit clients to improve business performance through organizational development diagnosis, prioritization and implementation, planning and implementation of change and process improvements, reengineering, benchmarking and best practice applications, and change management. She has diverse line, staff, leadership and strategic senior-level experiences in multiple organizations, agencies and industries, including Fortune 25 and 100 companies. Karen has initiated direct applications and practices that are strategically aligned, stakeholder-focused and cost effective. As an adjunct professor at The Catholic University of America for graduate level courses Karen is well qualified to inform and educate clients on different manners in which their challenges can be approached. In addition to teaching, Karen is a speaker and presenter at national association meetings and is a certified Herrmann Brain Dominance (HBDI)® Practitioner.
