Mike has over 30 years of comprehensive experience in all aspects of progressive human resources management, in such diverse organizations as Big Four accounting/tax/consulting professional services, higher education, healthcare,
retail, and government contracting. Mike began his career as an accountant and CPA, before transitioning to HR.
As an HR professional, Mike has overseen all aspects of talent acquisition, retention, and development, including evaluation processes, compensation, campus and university recruiting of undergraduate, graduate, and law students, experienced hire and executive recruiting, onboarding/orientation, firm training and university instructing, succession planning, HR business and strategic planning, and HR compliance. In addition, he has extensive experience with the development, refinement and implementation of progressive and innovative talent acquisition strategies.
He has built, developed, and managed large and small teams of employees in a variety of functions in multi-site/multi-state operations. Mike has also served on panels and presented to students and faculty at many colleges
and universities and also for SHRM Chapters.
