- Favorite treats: ‘Temptations. Whenever Adam crinckles the bag, & they hear it, they come runnin’!
- What do they like to do? What are their quirks? What shows their personality? Because they have such distinct personalities Adam’s family is a house divided with some ardently announcing loyalty to “Team Cupcake” with others passionately proclaiming to be “Team Cookie”! As for Adam, he refuses to choose and lovingly states they are both my “four-footed sons” how could I choose? Cupcake is the hunter and had brought home a variety of “gifts” and while keeping the neighborhood free of rodents is nice, Adam could do with a few less messes to clean up! Cookie is a lover, not a fighter, and can often be found lounging in his favorite sunny spots.

- Any other interesting characteristics? Maybe there is a story about how they came to live with you? Maybe one of them dragged you out of a burning building… went into space…once caught a bank robber…eats 12 pounds of food a day… anything fun, funny, or interesting would be great: The story of how they came together is a wonderful “tail”: Adam had very little exposure to cats before he met his wife who had rescued Cupcake & Cookie from living outside under a truck somewhere in Maryland. But though leery at first, as they got to know each other it became a “purr-fect” match! They were soon more his cats than hers, and she sometimes has to “paws” & remind them “I’m the one who rescued you!”
- Cupcake: Whenever someone is sick or sad, he will stay close to them until they feel better. He is the Purr-fect protector.
- Cookie: Cookie is the quiet one, so if he meows he really wants your attention! He likes to lie on top of Adam and make himself at home. He can be very purr-suasive!
