10-Year Anniversary Congressional Kudos
Thursday, February 27, 2025, was a major milestone for Arc Human Capital as we celebrated our 10th anniversary in business!
Over the past decade we have had the honor of supporting dozens of organizations in a broad array of businesses ranging from architecture firms to banks to a collection of medical clinics. We recruited, hired, and onboarded employees. We’ve done surveys, stay interviews, compensation reviews, and benefits analysis to ensure firms were being proactive with their retention efforts while maximizing the impact of the money they were spending. We’ve conducted audits that helped firms eliminate compliance issues and upgrade their operations. We reviewed hiring practices for a children’s camp, conducted investigations for restaurants and tech firms, and we’ve created and updated more handbooks than we can count! And this only scratches the surface of what’s happened since 2015.
And the decade raced by as we did it!
Now we find ourselves on the precipice of our next decade. And to coin a phrase, we are prepared by the past to face the future!
As we look back on what’s been done, it’s only right that we take the time to celebrate our anniversary. As a special part of that celebration, Arc Human Capital, which is based in northern Virginia, received letters of commendation from our U.S. Senator Mark Warner, and our district Representative to the U.S. Congress Suhas Subramanyam. “Kudos from Congress” don’t appear in our mailbox every day, so this recognition is incredibly special to us.
We look forward to another decade supporting organizations across town and across the country!
