Rob has over 20 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and progressive human resource management.
Officially transitioning to Arc Human Capital from his own TA Consulting firm at the beginning of 2025, he brings a wide range of TA experience in various industries, including professional services (Accounting/Tax), healthcare, property management, construction / light industrial, non-profit, retail, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, personal services (concierge/personal assistant), and multi-client outsourced TA/HR support.
As a certified TA professional with a substantiated history of strategic alignment, implementation, and growth/profitability, Rob is a tech nerd at heart. He leverages professional knowledge with a progressive mindset to assist organizations in adequately building strong teams, silo-bust, finding cost efficiencies, and consistently aligning their TA strategies with their overall business goals.
Rob has honed his talent sourcing and talent attraction skills to provide many cost-effective talent solutions. ATS implementations, TA streamlining, efficiency/effectiveness projects, and Recruitment Team coaching have rounded out his sound practice mastery.
His experience supporting blue and white-collar organizations in privately held and publicly traded companies with multi-site/multi-state operations helps him to adapt to client environments quickly. His professional networks across the Talent Acquisition landscape include being a Board Member of the Association for Talent Acquisition Professionals (ATAP) and leading on multiple local and state SHRM Chapter levels.
