Arc Human Capital presents at MEC-Fairfax (George Mason University)

It was an honor to present on Thursday for the Mason Enterprise Center – Fairfax. Two years ago, when Gisele Stolz selected me to be the HR mentor for the MEC, I was thrilled and eager to contribute. Now working closely with her successor Eddie Hill I had a terrific time presenting my session focused on early-stage organizations and what they need to do to become employers for the first time and hire employees to support their growth.
